Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. If I can give this place a zero review, I would!! I placed a pick up order from the restaurant page, but I realized after placing the order that it was for the wrong store. I called to cancel the order and a lady name Esmeralda was rude and she said she was going to refund the money. I called back tuesday to make sure if the refund was issued. A guy picked up and he asked esmeraldda about the refund in spanish and I overheard her say "QUE QUIERE , QUE PASO" the guy asked her for the refund and she said " no se lo regrese" and they hung up on me. I called back this morning and they said she didnt do the refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Recently moved to Irvine and had to say bye to my local bagel spot. I’ve came twice to this Bruegger’s location and I’ve been so satisfied with my experience. First time I came here was Easter and the entire staff who probably should have been with their family celebrating the holy holiday, were at work instead with the biggest smiles and greatest attitudes. Paloma, Santiago, and Romano were there offering great service and in great spirits. I returned for the second time this morning and I was graced by their presence. They’re always so happy and are sure to greet everyone coming through the door. My boyfriend and I sat and enjoyed our delicious bagels for the second time. Staff walked by often cleaning and making sure we were enjoying our breakfast. Bathrooms were clean and you can tell they take great pride at what they do. Thank you for your great hospitality.

Solid go-to for a quick, quality breakfast. The onion bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese was fresh, well-toasted, and loaded with flavor. Good portions and consistent execution. Easy stop if you want something reliable and satisfying without overthinking it.

Customer service was very good. However my bagel was over toasted and slightly burnt on the edges. Other than that the bagel was tasty with very generous toppings (everything) on top and bottom.

The bagels were okay, but a bit on the dry side—definitely could’ve used more sauce. What really threw me off, though, was the orange juice. Minute Maid poured into a plastic cup to look “fresh”? Really? If I’d picked up the order myself, I would’ve spotted it right away, but I guess the sticker presentation is meant to fool you. Here’s the kicker: the ingredients on your so-called “orange juice” literally read Water, Minute Maid!!!!!!Orange Juice from Concentrate. That’s it. No mystery, no freshness—just concentrate in disguise. If you’re going to advertise great bagels, the least you can do is serve actual fresh orange juice. It’s the simplest ingredient in the world: oranges. And last I checked, we’re in California—fresh oranges aren’t exactly hard to find.
